Black Friday

As Black Friday dawns upon us, people across the UK will be heading to the shops to bag a bargain. Meanwhile, many retailers have been planning months ahead for the big day and are viewing it as an opportunity to boost sales. A good sales strategy is crucial - if too much stock is ordered in advance, but not enough of it, there may be a shortage  for last-minute shoppers.
