Country Navigator allows global leaders, managers and individuals to understand and leverage cultural differences, creating more productivity and breakthrough collaboration.
Country Navigator is a new online resource that we now have a subscription to. The resource has four main areas: Country Guides, Cultural Comparisons, Country Briefings and the Global Academy. One of the fun features is building a cultural profile for yourself, which will rank which countries you are more culturally aligned to, and furthest away from; to help in closing these gaps, users can learn more about a country's culture through a variety of country guides and top tips. Country Navigator is located behind the Key Resources tab in the Library Business portal (no login required).
